We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
All project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
Changes requested after project approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Supply required content, materials, and approvals on time.
Ensure they own or have permission to use any content provided.
Respond promptly to project communications.
Project delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Work may be paused if payments become overdue.
Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Orange Dot Tech retains ownership of:
Internal processes
Development methodologies
Frameworks
Reusable code libraries
Pre-existing intellectual property
We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Projects may involve third-party software, hosting providers, plugins, APIs, or platforms.
Orange Dot Tech is not responsible for:
Third-party outages
Service interruptions
Pricing changes
Security incidents originating from third-party providers
Clients are responsible for maintaining active licenses and subscriptions where applicable.
Unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement, ongoing updates, backups, security monitoring, and maintenance are the responsibility of the client after project delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange Dot Tech shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Specific rankings on search engines
Continuous website availability
Specific marketing outcomes
Uninterrupted operation of third-party systems
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
Either party may terminate a project by written notice.
The client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and approved project milestones up to the termination date.
Users may not:
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems
Upload malicious code
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Infringe upon intellectual property rights
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
